“How to Stay Healthy”

Everybody wants to have good health. Good health
can’t be bought. You have to work it out yourself. There are three ways to stay healthy.
Firstly, you should eat good food. The food should clean and not expensive.
Secondly, you should exercise every day. You can ride a Jogging in the park.
Thirdly, you should not work too hard. You should get enough sleep.Staying healthy is easy and everybody can do it. You should start now.
